CHEERS TO FOUR YEARS: Yusuf Kisa throws glam cocktail party for newspaper’s 4th anniversary

Held at Cyprus’s luxury Golden Tulip hotel, guests among the likes of the TRNC’s Minister of Tourism and Environment, Fikri Ataoglu; President of the TRNC’s Bar Association, Unver Bedevi; and the TRNC’s Former Minister of Finance, Ersin Tatar gathered in the hotel’s deluxe ballroom with indoor pool. 

The evening was filled with an array of sophisticated canapes, live musicians, unlimited beverages, VIP booths and a giant cake.

Representatives of the Yeni Bakis paper gave heart-warming speeches expressing their delight and honour as the paper was carried into its 4th year.

“Many doubted us,” said the paper’s Editor-in-Chief, “but through our hard work, long hours and our commitment to always telling the truth, we’ve made it here today.”

A writer for the paper added, “We will continue to work hard and ensure Yeni Bakis remains Cyprus’s favourite newspaper for many more years to come.”

President Yusuf Kisa put the icing on the cake, closing the ceremony with his Yeni Bakis team beside him.
